Tap the star to open the search chat and type or say what you're after — as loosely or as specifically as you like. No required fields, no forms.

The model fills in a form — nothing more
A language model reads your message and extracts a strict, whitelisted set of details: where, when, how many nights, budget, bedrooms, the vibe you're after, and places you want to be near. That's its entire job — it can't take actions or gain new abilities from anything you type, which also means it can't be tricked into anything beyond finding you a home.

Real distances, not keyword guesses
"Near a gym" or "by the beach" is checked against real map data collected in advance for every listing, not a text match on the listing description — so proximity results reflect an actual, walkable place.

If nothing matches your exact vibe in that neighbourhood, OpenLofts quietly relaxes just that one detail and tells you it did — you still see the closest real options instead of an empty results page.

A feed that learns, not a popularity contest
"Recommended for you" is powered by a per-guest profile built from real behaviour — the cities and neighbourhoods you search, the listings you open, the ones you save. Recent activity counts for more than old activity, so the feed adapts as your plans change.
New guests with too little history simply see the normal, unpersonalised feed — nothing is guessed or faked to fill the section. And listings you've already saved never crowd out new recommendations; the two live side by side.

Do I have to use AI search, or can I still use filters?+
Both, always. AI search is a faster starting point — you can refine anything it finds with the normal search filters afterward, or skip it entirely.
Can I use OpenLofts AI without opening the app?+
Yes. Connect WhatsApp from Account → Connected accounts, then message us any time to search, see your bookings, or get a link to book — right from your chats.
Can the AI book a stay or cancel one without asking me?+
Never. Anything that moves money or cancels a reservation is always handed off as a link to a real, confirmed OpenLofts screen — nothing happens automatically inside a chat.
Does the WhatsApp bot see my OpenLofts password or login?+
No. Your identity is resolved and held by OpenLofts, never the bot — it only ever knows the WhatsApp number you connected. Disconnect it any time from Connected accounts.
