Your account
You must be able to form a binding contract to use OpenLofts, and the information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Bookings & payments
A confirmed booking is a commitment between you and the host, subject to the listing's house rules and cancellation policy shown before you pay.
Guests pay the price displayed — there are no hidden guest service fees. Hosts receive their payout, net of a flat host fee, after check-in.
Refunds follow the listing's cancellation policy and our Rebooking & Refund policy for serious issues.
Hosting
Hosts are responsible for their listings being accurate, lawful, safe, and theirs to offer. You agree to comply with local rules, taxes, and any permissions your tenancy or estate requires.
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms or our community standards.
Things you agree not to do
- Misrepresent a listing, your identity, or a review.
- Discriminate against guests or hosts — see our Anti-discrimination commitment.
- Circumvent OpenLofts to take payments off-platform.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, unsafe, or harmful to the community.
Liability & changes
OpenLofts is a marketplace that connects guests and hosts; the stay itself is between them. We provide the platform as-is and limit our liability to the extent the law allows.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the new version here with its date, and material changes take effect once posted.
